With its iconic lighthouse, Puerto Morelos is one of the oldest communities on Mexico’s Caribbean coast. Today, the town is known for its National Marine Park, which is part of the 2nd. largest barrier reef in the world.

Our four level condo has lots of room to spread out. Minimalist decor. Fine furniture. Oriental rugs. Is ideally prepared for groups of up to 6 people, being adults or children.

The three bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and everything is always clean and well cared for with walk in closets. Every bedroom is facing the ocean with its own balcony and inviting hammocks and chairs. Bathroom ammenities at arrival.

Big TV screen & Hi-fi available for guest use. The Internet works well throughout the house and outside the villa as well.

The kitchen and dinning room are fully equipped with everything you need and we can make arrangements for a cook to come on a regular basis at a really attractive price.

Leo, our man in charge of local maintenance, with fairly reasonable understanding of English, is almost always around on the premises during daytime.

A wonderful getaway for couples with lots of activities including sports, museums, beach clubs, all kinds of restaurants and is perfectly located for day trips to Colonial towns like Valladolid and Izamal. One of the best possible locations for enthusiasts of archeological sites and natural reserves. Trendy atmosphere Tulum is just 100km South of Puerto Morelos.

Is important to know that sargassum can accumulate at some times of the year on beaches depending on sea currents and high temperatures. It must be noted that this is a healthy and normal symptom and by no means dangerous, although a bit smelly during the summer. Fortunately, all beaches in Mexico are public at the seafront and it's quite easy to walk five or ten minutes North or South to any of the beaches cared for by the resorts where they usually clear the seagrass every day. Another great option during the hot season is exploring some of the many cenotes in the area or take a very enjoyable boat trip to Isla Mujeres or Cozumel where some of the beaches remain clean throughout the year.
