"The staff is kind, warm, efficient, and professional! Due to renovations, they upgraded us for free to a much nicer room. And due to a hurricane, they ended up refunding us most of our stay since leaving was out of our control. Though the hotel itself is a bit dated in certain areas, it's absolutely gorgeous, in a fantastic location, has comfortable beds + solid amenities, and has spectacular views, as it sits right on the beach."

"This is a really cool property. We had a hard time finding somewhere big enough for our multigenerational group. This house gave us plenty of space to spread out. The grounds are huge and the kids enjoyed exploring and finding different fruits. The host is great, super responsive and helpful. Was a little concerned about not having central AC but it cools down at night and wasn’t bad with the windows open. The house is secluded so you definitely need a car and be prepared for a lot of driving if you plan to be out of the house."

"The property was so beautiful!! The sunsets were amazing from the master bedroom and lani. The beds and furniture were VERY high quality and I never wanted to get out of bed. Hosts did not disappoint. Always responsive to needs. Pool was fun and Beach was 50 yards from condo . Everything was new. Loved our stay as it was central to all the attractions . Ac was so cold :). New windows keep the bugs out and we are so happy. We will be back. Mahalo"

"Great house and deck. Description of the drive n and out was very accurate. Dining outside on the large table was great for our group. It was easier to get to Volcanos National Park from here than it would have been from Kona."
