"Amazing experience: exactly what we needed in Tulum We moved to Delek Tulum after having a disappointing experience at Azulik, and the difference was incredible. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They made our group feel comfortable and immediately turned our trip around. The property was clean, well maintained, and everything worked exactly as it should. The A/C kept the rooms comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, the amenities were clean and fully functional, and having a beautiful pool to enjoy was a huge plus. What stood out the most, however, was the staff and the service. Everyone we interacted with was attentive, kind, and happy to help. The atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming, which is exactly what you want when vacationing in Tulum. After moving hotels, we were finally able to relax and enjoy the rest of our vacation. Our entire group of six was very happy with the decision to stay at Delek. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Delek Tulum to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, welcoming place with excellent service. Thank you to the entire Delek team for turning our trip around!"

"The hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance were impeccable. We especially appreciated being able to communicate with the staff via WhatsApp at any time and how attentive they were to our needs throughout our stay. The price is definitely worth it, as the staff goes above and beyond to make the experience truly pleasant and enjoyable. The breakfast is great!"

"Everything about our stay at La Zebra was perfect! If you want a small hotel with every detail considered, where the staff are ALL amazing, kind, warm and so friendly then La Zebra is for you. A beautifully styled hotel, complete with every modern touch yet embracing Mexican art and culture, it is the kind of place where you can totally relax. The food and drinks were incredible, our particular favourite was the ceviche! The staff became more like old friends, nothing was ever too much trouble. We stayed for 2 weeks and honestly wished we could have stayed longer! We would not hesitate to recommend this special place and cannot wait to return!!"

"Besides the obvious stunning beauty of Sana, Renato, Juno, And Joss truly made me feel like family. I have traveled the world and have never treated with such warmth. The entire staff was excellent. Very warm and welcoming. The beautiful tiles, open air reception with fountains, and plenty of gorgeous plants and flowers was such an experience. Perfect spot on the beach, complete with sea turtle nesting. The pool and private plunge were especially refreshing and my room was not only above and beyond, with both an indoor and outdoor shower. Private terrace space was the perfect way to start the day with morning coffee. Robes, slippers and very nice products. Andre and Jorge at the pool were exceptional. Stunning views, immaculate property, top notch service. The food was delicious, but mainly it was Renato, Juni and Joss who made sure I was taken care of. I cannot recommend Sana enough, and cried when I left. The energy of this place is magical. I am forever grateful"

"The hotel is beautiful, lush and in a great location. The pool could have been cleaner. It was cloudy and needed to be skimmed. Most hotels of this caliber clean their pools every day. This one didn't feel as clean. And then, of course, all the sargassum on the beach made it impossible to use, but that isn't the hotels fault."
