This place is a paradise for kids, offering a wide range of activities beyond water-related ones. As a parent, you can relax knowing there are plenty of options for your little ones. The food choices are also abundant, and you’ll have to work to explore all the different places. The staff is incredible and friendly, and I wish I could remember everyone’s name. However, I do recall Andres at the omelette station. His omelettes were magical, and he was incredibly friendly. Overall, if you’re looking for a fun and relaxing vacation for you and your kids, this place is the perfect destination.

Amazing Amazing. First off I would like to thank RANDY from the hotel Room control. Upon our check in he went above and beyond. It all starts from the beginning where the mangement leads and the team follows. He was truly amazing and unforgettable. I came from Lopesan resort with a very bad experience previous and what a huge difference the service members at Hyatt are. The service is A+. The food was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The resort in general was just day and night from my previous resort. I also want to thank JONNY from the pool bar and WANDER. These guys are the reason I’ll be back. Happy people that love there job and do whatever it takes to make your vacation wonderful. Hyatt’s management also deserves praise for doing such a good job at running the place and keeping the workers happy. My Family really enjoyed the stay. This place is absolutely amazing.

Had the best vacation at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and always helpful. The beach was phenomenal. The resort was always fun because of the daily activities yet also very calming at the same time. The gym was top notch. Special shout out to Jorge at the beach, Elena by the pool, Odalis at guest services and Walma helped us with our luggage.

Our stay was great. The kids loved the water park, we also enjoyed it. The hotel did not feel crowded which was one of the reasons we stayed there. I would definitely stay there again.
