The hotel was beautiful we liked the restaurant chinola they had really great steak and really good appetizers. Chef behic was really nice and he explained the whole menu.we liked the restaurant a lot.

Took our first family vacation to celebrate our son’s 1st birthday. It was perfect! Resort was beautiful with a great layout, amazing service, good food and drinks, and very family friendly.

Great food, amenities, events by the pool during the day and in the lawn in the evenings. Plenty of activities for kids so the beach remained pretty peaceful and not crowded. Probably the best hotel/resort gym I’ve ever seen. If I had one recommendation, it would be to add more umbrellas on the beach. There were plenty of chairs, but umbrellas became a Hunger Games situation as there was one umbrella for every 10-15 chairs (versus one umbrella for every two chairs by the pool).

Pristine, beautiful hotel— rooms spotless, facilities well taken care of and an abundance of delicious food. The hand to the heart gesture when staff greets you is a simple touch that makes you feel at ease. Definitely will be going back!

On the positive side- Hotel is big and updated, rooms are quite spacious and stuff is very nice. We had a small issue with air conditioner and it was fixed in 15 minutes. If you have kids - they have kids clubs, evening movies with popcorn, kids pools etc But - if you like good food, that’s not your place to go. Our daughter got food poisoning the first day we came;( And in general the variety of veggies and fruits is very poor.

We had an amazing stay at this resort , it was very clean , great food and drinks and most importantly wonderful service . Elvis was helping us during our stay , he made a point to find us in the resort everyday to ensure that we didn’t need anything and informed us of any activities happening at the resort. This was hands the down the best vacation we have ever had , we plan to go back to the same resort every year !

One of the best all inclusive hotels I’ve been to. Service is top notch and food is amazing quality. It’s not the bland low quality foods you get when you go to an all inclusive. Everyone who works there seems like the love what they do and makes the guest feel welcomed! Thanks for making our vacation memorable!
