The room as well as the entire resort is spotless. One of the cleanest resorts I’ve ever stayed at. The food is absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly. The only thing this resort needs to work on is entertainment. The swim up bar pool didn’t even have any music playing and we were not allowed to play our own music.

I been to multiple resorts in Punta Cana and I can definitely say this is one of the best resorts I been too. Everything is closed by, dinner at each restaurant is great. The rooms are beautiful, and the staff is great. This is definitely a resort where you can fully relax and disconnect.

Secrets Tides Punta Cana is a true gem. The staff was absolutely wonderful, consistently going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Our room was always spotless and beautifully maintained. We visited in October, and the weather was just right—warm enough for the beach but with a pleasant breeze. If you're celebrating a couples' milestone, this is the place to be. 10/10, we would absolutely recommend!

The property is beautiful, pools fantastic, staff very attentive. The buffet has great options and the food quality. El Patio restaurant is top, we repeated dinner. i literally can not explain to you how amazing Secrets Tides was! i went for my birthday in September with my sister and we had a ball! from the guests, to the actual rooms/whole resort, and especially the staff!! special shoutout to Francisco, Albertly, Alfred, Kelvin and the entire entertainment team. you all truly made my birthday amazing and i will 100% be back! ❤️ p.s. room service breakfast, the steakhouse, and italian restaurant was soooo good!

Property was very nice. However, they have a “preferred member” access and that takes over the property. I understand to have a dining option and a bar but every dining option outside of the buffet cafeteria was for “preferred members” only. Didn’t find out that the cost was $100/pp for that option. If that’s the case, just add $100 to the room cost and open all the restaurants to all your guest.

We had the best vacation at this all-inclusive resort! Everything from the moment we arrived was seamless. The property is beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well-maintained, with plenty of activities, stunning views, and so many places to relax. What truly made the trip unforgettable was the staff. Every single person we interacted with went above and beyond. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping guests. From the front desk team who greeted us with smiles, to the servers who remembered our drink orders, to the housekeeping team who kept our room immaculate — they made us feel taken care of the entire stay. It never felt like “just customer service”; it felt like hospitality. The food and drinks were good. We only had one bad meal. Food was your average all inclusive, but overall was good. The pool and beach service was quick and friendly, and there was always someone around to make sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a stress-free getaway where you can completely relax, be pampered, and enjoy incredible service, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

Facilities are great. The staff, greater; Josefa at the Sugar Reef Pool provided a wonderful service, Felix at the Market Cafe in the mornings was so nice and kind (A+ for him), and Pedro, the DJ in Desires, excellent.

Service was impeccable we highly recommend off the service alone. We think that Ricky in the outside grill deserves a raise as well as Freddie they catered to our every need. Also bug shoutout to our housekeeper Mari she was very attentive and helpful she decorated our honey moon sweet. All in all we will be back!

I did not receive any of the Expedia incentives that were noted on the confirmation booking. I sent a screenshot to my butler of the confirmation of incentives and they were overlooked. Other that than everything was great.
