"Susanna was great. She is a fantastic cook. Some of the best food we ate on our entire trip. The place was clean and comfortable. Concierge was easy to contact once on site and we had everything we’re needed. We were sad to leave and hope to be back one day."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Dani met us at the condo when we arrived; everything was just as described. The entire property is clean and well-kept. We enjoyed making coffee in the morning and watching the surfers and beach. Walking distance to several great restaurants. This was was our first trip to Punta de Mita; we will most definitely be back!"

"We had an amazing stay here. All the staff were fantastic. It is some of the best service we have ever experienced in a hotel, everything felt so personal, and the extra amenities such as coffee and bags to take to the beach with towels, coolers and a blanket were great added touches. The style of the hotel is also beautiful and creates a very welcoming atmosphere. I cannot recommend enough."

"The condo had everything needed for or ten day stay. The unit was very clean and the communication with the reservation team was smooth and timely. The grounds crew is friendly and helpful. We loved the pool and the location! Steps from the beach and a 4 minute walk to the strip of restaurants in town. Casa del Pintar and Teresas Tacos (flan!) are also literally just steps from the property. Highly recommend this condo unit and La Mision de Mita!!!"

"The penthouse was everything we hoped for and more! Grateful for the elevator, water, beach towels, and boogie boards! The property manager, Eloisa, was an amazing concierge. She had homemade guacamole and chips and beers waiting for us. She helped arrange our travel and gave us recommendations for groceries and restaurants. The views were epic. The pool is lovely. Would love to stay here again. The only note I have has nothing to do with the property itself. The the beach is rocky. We cut up our feet up boogie boarding. So bring water shoes/flipkicks to protect your feet!"

"Beautiful condo on ground level, steps from the pool and hot tub. Gate out onto the surf beach right in front of the condo. Really appreciate the washer and dryer. Lots of great shopping nearby should you wish to cook your own meals. Already booked another stay. "

"We have stayed in this unit numerous times and always have a wonderful experience with our adult children and grandsons. Lupida is an absolute gem. Her cooking and maintenance of the unit are superb. We had an issue with one of the golf carts this week but when we contacted the concierge it was swapped for a rental within a day so no disruption in our ability to get around which we really appreciated. Building 2 at HDM has fabulous ocean views and easy access to the restaurants in town. We highly recommend this unit. "
