"This is a lovely unit with a very modest, yet sufficient set up. It is very close to the beach and in the commercial area for San Pancho. It is attached to a gallery where there is someone on-duty / working during the day. Came during the hot season but was able to rest well at night with the AC on."

"We had the most amazing vacation! Our concierge Abraham along with Isabella made our stay seamless. We ordered groceries, scheduled a chef, etc and they made everything so easy. We got a golf cart tour on our first day to show us around. We loved our housekeeper Icstel. The condo was spotless, and she makes the most delicious breakfasts and lunches. We also really enjoyed the location of the property. We walked into town several times to eat and shop. You just have to walk through a monitored gate. We had access to several different beach clubs, but unfortunately all were closed except for one. However, we actually really enjoyed going this time of year, because we basically had the pools, beaches, restaurants, and clubs to ourselves! The kitchen has basic spices and has everything you need to make a great meal. The beach outside of the condo is very rocky, so we did not get in the water here. The rocks do not deter the surfers, so we enjoyed watching them everyday. The beds are firm if that matters to anyone. We look forward to returning!! Hopefully sooner rather than later! "
"Second time staying here and would definitely recommend it to anyone spending time in Punta Mita. It comes with all the amenities you could ask for, is very clean and each bedroom has its own bathroom which is a bonus with 4 girls. "
