"Everything about this house was wonderful! The Concierge, the Housekeeping staff and the cookwere all lovely and thr food delicious. The location is outstanding and I did appreciate no extra security once you’re inside the gates. The golf cart that is supplied works really well and is a six person. Location of this is perfectly located to other areas. The beds were very comfortable, the air-conditioning worked great and the finishings are as exactly as pictured if not better. Book this house now!"

"First off, Punta Mita is an absolute paradise with two fantastic and challenging golf courses, two beautiful resorts, and five beach clubs. As for our stay at X6, it was seamless throughout the entire process. Adriana, our concierge, made sure everything was booked including tee times, ziplining, surfing lessons, dinner reservations, groceries, and our welcome lunch! Rosa made some exquisite lunches and the place always looked immaculate. We loved cruising around the property and into town on the golf cart and we plan to come back for Spring Break next year!"

"The apartment was perfectly located, clean and comfortable. Our chef /housekeeper was fantastic. The concierge was proactive, and made travel from PVR, access to the main gate and community amenities as well as the property easy and efficient. "TLDR: This was our 4th visit to Punta Mita and this was the best place we have rented. New, beautiful unit, two carts, private gym for this condo group. Some things that stood out:- Unit is beautiful and well appointed. Some of the older units we have stayed at have had some wear and tear (e.g., some of the AC units not working properly, wood doors warped so air escaping and bugs getting in). - Two carts (I think we only used both two times but having the flexibility is huge. I had some works calls I needed to do and this way the family wasn’t waiting around for me. More fun for them and less stress on me) - Gym: The main gym situation at Punta Mita stinks. Can’t use until mid morning, is small and have to pay a high daily charge. There is a community gym as part of this unit which is great - large, lots of cardio equipment and weights - has everything you need. - Having night lights already there is helpful for the kids. - Having the jug of water with the pump - last year I was lifting the thing to try to pour into water cups. - Little things that are often overlooked: plenty of hangers, drying rack for the clothes, extra beach bag. Would 100% recommend. "
