The condo features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. One of the bathrooms includes a bathtub. The living room includes a TV unit that converts into two single beds, allowing the space to accommodate additional guests if needed.



The dining area seats six people comfortably, and the kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay. The unit also includes a washer and dryer for added convenience.



Outside, the private balcony is furnished with terrace seating and overlooks the sports courts within the residential complex.



Within the building, guests will also find a rooftop area with a swimming pool offering views of the mangroves, marina, and the sea beyond.

Driving is the easiest way to get around the area.

• Downtown Cancún – 20 minutes by car

• Cancún Hotel Zone – 30 minutes by car

• Isla Mujeres – 45 minutes by ferry

• Cancún International Airport – 45 minutes by car.



Other Things to Note:

To access La Amada Residencial, you will first pass through a security gate where security personnel will request an official ID and your destination within the complex. Simply mention that you are guests and provide the apartment number.



After entering the residential complex, please stop at the reception desk to register and receive wristbands that grant access to the common areas.



Once registered, you can proceed to the building. The property is located past the marina and a second security checkpoint.

The schedule for using the pool, pergola, and adjacent common areas will be from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

It is strictly prohibited to consume alcoholic beverages, hold meetings, or parties in the condominium lobby, which may only be used by residents for reading or watching TV/electronics.
