"It was very nice resort with beautiful scenery. The junior suite was very spacious. All the restaurants I ate at were great and my favorite was duke seafood because of the delicious food and provided nice view of the pool as well! The pool area was nice also with two swim up bars for family and adults sections that i used both. The staff were great and also went above and provided me with my coco loco drink :) I enjoyed my 3 night stay and looking forward to returning next year!"

"Room was wonderful! Service was great. Food was okay. I pay the same as every other customer yet because I smoke they put you in the corner with only one place to smoke...they should have had some place near the beach as well. After speaking with others that smoke too they were really upset over how smokers were treated. I understand, but we all paid to stay and we shouldn't be treated like we are bad people."

"Our stay at Villa del Palmar Cancun was absolutely wonderful! The property is beautiful, luxurious, and the perfect place to relax while still having plenty of activities to enjoy. We especially loved the heated luxury pools, which were gorgeous and incredibly relaxing. The fully equipped gym and workout area was impressive, and my daughter and I also enjoyed spending time together in the dance and yoga room—a great addition to the resort’s wellness amenities. The restaurants were fabulous, and every dining experience added something special to our stay. A very special shout-out goes to Angel De Jesus, our waiter at Davino Italian Bistro. His exceptional service, warm personality, and attention to detail helped make my daughter’s birthday dinner truly unforgettable. He went above and beyond to make her feel celebrated, and it became one of the highlights of our trip! From the beautiful grounds and pools to the wellness spaces, delicious food, and outstanding hospitality, Villa del Palmar Cancun exceeded our expectations. We created some wonderful mother-daughter memories here and would definitely recommend this resort for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable Cancun getaway!"

"WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy."

"I really liked this hotel and the comfort it provides is unmatched. Every one of the staff members is really attentive and nice. The only reason I’m giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is the food. Out of all the restaurants around this hotel, just one met my expectations."
