"Pros: Property was clean, cute, easy to access, and a pleasure to stay at. Street parking was easy to find, probably because the students are mostly gone for the summer. It's walkable to the university, as well as a great coffee shop and restaurants. Even though I couldn't see the video feed on the doorbell camera, it made me feel safer knowing it was there. The bar seating was quite comfortable as a workspace on my laptop and upstairs bed was also comfortable. Overall, this was WAY more affordable and pleasant than staying in a hotel, which was my original plan. Cons: I read a review that the loft got quite warm, which was true. I wasn't too bothered since I was expecting it, but that might be helpful info to highlight in the listing and providing a fan would go a long way. Also, the spiral staircase was quite narrow and wouldn't accommodate very tall or wider body types very easily. Tips: Keep track of your keycode! The email/text with the lock information was buried and it isn't available directly on the VRBO site, (only through the host). I couldn't locate it using a search on my phone, so I had to reach out to the host about that and the internet password, (apparently there is a welcome book, but I wasn't able to locate it). The host was very responsive and made these minor inconveniences pain-free."
