"I had a good experience at the front desk. The young men at the front desk, when I arrived was very nice and friendly. I had accidently booked a room online with 2 queen beds, (Smoking), and good thing there was a non-smoking room available. The young switch it, the A/C unit was good, and had free parking. The morning breakfast included, coffee, muffins, bagels, 2 kind of cereals, and fruits, and at the time they had apples. The apples were nice, and dark red, of course, but the one I grabbed and bit on, had a brownish color which I thought was seeds in the middle. So, I showed the young girl up front, and asked her to check them out, and she didn't. Next time I know to use a knife and cut it first."

"THE RESTROOM WALLS WERE STAINED, THE BED WAS NOT MADE, LIGHT SWITCH IS A HAZARD, AIR CON UNIT WAS BROKEN, ROOM SMELLED LIKE CIGARATTE, BED BOARD WAS STAINED, FLOOR DIRTY. OVERALL BAD ROOM AND I WLL NEVER RECOMEND"

"Clean facility. Not much of a breakfast, cereal, bagel, coffee . Just one Ice machine for whole facility. Couldn't keep up over weekend. Daily room cleaning very good. No shampoo or conditioner or lotion or facial tissue. One table between both queen beds. Not Enough. Rooms need an upgrade aging"

"We fought ants the entire time- had to eventually move all bags to the car. We were right up against a very run down trailer park- so our view was these trailers trash piles and the back of trailers. Grounds need to be kept up- they don’t look much like the pictures online anymore."

"Staff at checkin very RUDE, acted like we were bothering them... Poor cust. service. If it was earlier we would have left. The poor customer service makes it so we wont go back... Room smelled like cigarettes ( tho it was non-smoking) .. and the tv stand looked like it had dried or stained blood on it... "
