"There was a kiosk in the office that connected to a call center in India and the speaker was so bad I almost couldn't get checked it. There were several crackheads in the parking lot in various states of consciousness. The room was actually half decent however it was literally just beds and a TV. No other amenities whatsoever. Spent the whole night wondering if my truck would still be there untouched in the morning. "

"I first want to say how wonderful the staff at the front desk were. I was so excited to stay at a Westin hotel because their hotels are usually so well maintained and high quality. Unfortunately at this hotel we were very disappointed at the cleanliness of our room. There were bottle caps on the ground, some of the trash cans in the room weren’t emptied, and we found long strands of hair on our beds. The room felt like it needed a really good deep clean! We were a little disappointed to say the least. The hotel is in a great location and walkable to many shops and restaurants. Probably wouldn’t stay here again though."

"There was a dirty sock in our room that housekeeping left there was a huge paper airplane that was left behind the toilet wouldn't flush right and the sinkcfaucet would spray every where but the beds were comfortable and it was quiet"
