"Property was nice and clean but a little tired, needed some tlc No welcome pack, no information pack, no local area leaflets, curtains where not hung properly, we had to fix one of the showers to be able to use it.Outside lights was not working, but a quick message to the owner got the maintenance men around promptly which was appreciated, kitchens could have been stocked with more cutlery, crockery and glass wear.
