Oceanview 3BR Villa AC & Pool

This luxurious and tranquil villa rental spans three levels of spacious relaxation, boasting stunning ocean and jungle views—plus the chance to spot a sloth nearby! Exclusively yours, the villa features three bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and AC. Enjoy an infinity pool with ocean views, a large chef-ready kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a TV, and multiple balconies. If you’d like to accommodate more guests, you can add up to seven additional bedrooms for an extra fee.

This 3 bedroom rental is a smaller version of the larger villa. We are just renting a smaller section of it so we can rent it to smaller groups more affordably. You will have access to the entry level with 3 bedrooms (2 king and 1 queen) and the upper levels with the chef ready kitchen, ocean view infinity pool, living room, dining room and the 6th floor panoramic balcony. The lower levels are just bedrooms and you don't need those for any reason so that part of the house will be blocked off. If you'd like to add additional bedrooms, of course you can at $225 per bedroom double occupancy. The Villa is exclusively yours. 

Tucked into the rainforest above the Manuel Antonio National Park, Villa Costa Vida offers breathtaking views of green vegetation and all shades of blue of the Pacific Ocean. You can easily lose yourself in the sights of nature and the sounds of wildlife while you relax in the infinity pool or one of the many social areas. Throughout the day, you will hear monkeys howling, birds singing and the ocean waves crashing. We are one of the ONLY handicapped accessible villas in the area (as of Jan 2023). We have an elevator allowing access to the kitchen and pool on level 5 and to the top floor (6th floor), plus new accessible suites in the adjacent brand new ' Villa Tower'. 

But natural beauty and idyllic surroundings are not the only things great about our place. The villa is fully equipped with contemporary furniture and modern amenities including fast and reliable wifi, backup solar power, a sound system, and Firestick enabled TV screens. Many bedrooms have work desks or lap desks. On the upper level you can challenge your travel companions to a game of ping pong. The bedrooms are air-conditioned. We also have a modern air conditioned conference room available (additional rental fee) with blackout curtains, a whiteboard, printer, adjustable seating arrangements, large HD tv and fast wifi. It's perfect for corporate meetings, workshops and retreats. 

When staying at Villa Costa Vida, everything you need will be at your fingertips. Daily housekeeping services are included (Monday thru Saturday) and upon request, we can arrange for private chefs, bartenders, and even yoga & fitness instructors. There is no reason to leave, but we can schedule tours, transportation, or excursions if you want to. Beaches, restaurants, a gym, spa, and yoga studio are all located within walking distance.

The solar panels on our roof are one of the more visible examples of our eco-friendly efforts, but we have also implemented other initiatives. Manuel Antonio is a 3 hour drive from the SJO International Airport or a quick 20-minute flight. The area is a popular choice for travelers and has a lot on offer; the Manuel Antonio National Park, beautiful beaches, surrounding jungle, and abundant wildlife. Manuel Antonio is the perfect blend of nature and adventure for visitors of all ages. We hope you come visit and enjoy your stay! The entire Villa is rented to one party at a time and is exclusively yours. Keyless entry and all bedrooms have programmable locks and room safes. The elevator is also available to all Villa guests and brings access to the upper 5th and 6th social levels of the villa. More rooms can be added by renting additional bedrooms (10 total available) Guests can reach us via what's app or cell phone. We provide high speed internet. We are always available and offer a free guest concierge. We are available for emergencies as well. We are available to help with all of your travel needs - transport, chef services, tours, groceries, etc. We also have 2 pack'n plays available upon request. We provide beach and pool towels, but please bring your own towels for tours. We have high speed internet throughout the Villa and backup solar that powers lights, some fans and AC in 1 bedroom as an emergency cool room for those who can not tolerate the heat. Please note that a rental agreement will be provided and that the guest must sign it prior to receiving the access instructions.
