About 50m away is the main street with the best restaurants, bars, shops, banks, and supermarkets, all very close to home. The nearby surroundings offer a wide range of sporting and recreational activities such as surfing, jet skiing, paragliding, zip-lining, excursions to the rainforest with squad or jeep, canoeing, rafting, whale watching, and deep-sea fishing for Marlin. At night, there are discos and bars with live music.
Inside, you'll be in awe of the home's large spaces, high ceilings made of almond wood, exquisite decor, and periwinkle walls adorned with various pieces of modern art. The entrance, kitchen, dining room, and living room with terrace are located in the same space but on different levels. Next to the kitchen and dining room, there is a small outdoor ranch with a barbecue and a viewpoint of the river, sea, and jungle.
