"Very good for one day. There is a restaurant downstairs but if you don't feel for what they offers or you are on a budget, you can't bring outside food or super market things. Although i understand why, it would have been nice to have some flexibility. There is vending machine inside for late snacks or drink. Very very good overall and the receptionist was very lovely. "The location of the hotel is the best it is just across the bridge from the trine station. The staff are the friendliest hotel staff I have ever seen. They welcomed us and answered all of our questions, they asked us if we were comfortable and if we want anything. I highly recommend this hotel. "

We have been traveling all over Italy for 2 weeks and dinner at hotel restaurant was one of the best we had. If you stay, I recommend having dinner at the hotel at least one night. "Beautiful hotel right on the water. We also enjoyed the outdoor space with a bottle of Prosecco and snacks. The hotel is very quiet and the a/c was nice and cool. We enjoyed the neighborhood- not crowded compared to the Gran Canal. Great eating within minutes of the hotel. And a great bakery just over the bridge. My only complaint is that the shower door isn't sealed enough so water leaks onto the floor."

"I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. I have never been more impressed with the staff at a hotel. All were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our stay and had all we needed to make the most of our visit.
The morning breakfast is a must. Great variety of pastries as well as hot and cold items. The rooms are clean and very functional with comfortable beds.
The hotel is quiet and we slept really well. The dog across the alley barks occasionally during the day but not...
