"I stayed here as my flight was 9 hours late, the last bus had left and the airport hotels were full. It was close to 11.30pm when I arrived. I asked the receptionist if he could give me some toothpaste (as it was the one toiletry item I didn’t have). He had no stocks and he referred me to the vending machines. The ones I found only had beverages and snacks. When I went to my room I discovered it didn’t have a usb port and my phone needed to be charged. I asked the receptionist if I could borrow an adaptor (I only had my Italian one). He was extremely reluctant to lend me one and I really had to grovel. He did eventually give me one. I appreciated the complementary water. This is not the best hotel to stay in when you are stranded like I was. The receptionist was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. He made no allowances for my situation. While I am Irish - I think this customer service doesn’t reflect well on the so called Irish welcome ! I paid €182.25 for a few hours (left at 8.10am). While the room was fine, the whole experience was disappointing. "

"Very clean, well kept, very kind and helpful staff! Breakfast was good and fresh but we only ate there once and bar service was great! I missed having coffee or tea in my room, they have a galley on each floor with supplies for coffee and tea but it was a ways from our room! No ice machine either but they had soda in a vending machine! So it’s just the in room coffee/tea that I would have liked to have! It was a lovely place & we’d stay there again!! "

"Fantastic hotel in every way! Location on Grand Canal GRAND!! Accessibility, Ease to public transportation, walkability to Downtown, safe at night, Best comfortable bed and pillows! Even feel of Sheets luxury plus! One of the finest breakfast buffets ever! And Staff!!! Service like the Gold ole Days! Even full time concierge! Everyone smiles. I’ll stay here every time to go to Dublin!! Loved my stay there!! "

"Clean room, good restaurant, free parking. The hotel was under construction when we stayed and our room 232 was directly in front of it. Very noisy on Friday morning especially since we realized our room windows were slightly open at the top. Convenient location to airport. "

"Very nice budget hotel. The signs outside that indicate it's a "luxury" hotel are misleading though; this is cheap and cheerful, not luxury (toiletries did not include lotion which is normally a pretty basic toiletry offering, and my bed was not made during the cleaning - I'm not talking about new sheets, I'm talking about even pulling up the covers - the bed was completely untouched). There was also a dog barking outside often, I wear earplugs to sleep so it didn't bother me but this could bother someone else. The hotel is clean and safe, the room was spacious, and the people working there are friendly and helpful. I would recommend it, just know that it is more of a budget selection."
