I called hotels.com and no refund available so here’s how to survive if you find yourself at this place Go buy roach and spider killer. Spray everywhere when away. If you really need to shower I would get shower shoes or just know you won’t because the bathroom is the main source for roaches. Lastly, no one on property is rude or mean but the place is not for the weak if you hate bugs. "

"This hotel always have bugs in it. My children and I were bitten by bugs this time and every time that we stay there. Also, the air conditioner doesn't cool the room and we're always so hot. The positioning of the air conditioner is so wrong. It doesn't cool the rooms down at all instead it blows underneath the bed and not the entire room. This placement of the air conditioner is so wrong "

"Everything was perfect. Lovely setting/decor. Location was also perfect. Close to venues, restaurants, and even a parade. Property was clean and inviting. Access was easy. Space was also just right. Would recommend for couples getaway. A little over a mile from the Lake Worth Beach and pier. Thanks for the opportunity to stay."

"I am very unhappy with my stay at Tideline, because they have too much hidden charges, which wasn’t explained when checking in and I had to pay extra plus deposit that should return to me after checking out that I haven’t received one week now. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel."

"Pool clean. Hot tub dirty. Inside cottage clean no bugs. Garbage cans full. No place to put trash. Had to keep it in the house so no creatures would get at it. Guest manager doesn’t return calls. All bedrooms had TVs. None worked. I read reviews they weren’t working in January. And still not working in March. No dishwasher as stated on line. The pictures on line of the cottage did not look like what we rented. The same goes for the smaller cottage out back. To say the least we were a little disappointed. Bottom line, the owner has to clean the place up. There needs to be a binder on how to work things. (Heat for hot tub. TVs. Etc.). We found out you can get a shuttle to pick you up and take you to the beach. 1.00. Each way. Again a binder would have been nice for the are and beach. "
