"I had booked 2 rooms, as my son and his partner were also on the trip but it turned out that he had also booked a room. I explained at the reception when we discovered the error but they advised that there was nothing they could do as they were all prepaid. Air con was very noisy, room was draughty and noisy. "

"All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast was good and could be altered to suit different tastes. The bus service to get into town is a short walk from the hotel. It is not the best hotel and it is not the worst hotel by a long way but it suited us and we look forward to our next visit."

"When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. There was still food in fridge and cabinets, was only given 2 towels for 4 people. Beds are close to floor and are horrible. No roller paper in one of the bathrooms. I truly wanted to walk out. "
