"Had spider in bathtub. Sofa bed mattress wasn’t very comfortable and it wasn’t very thick. Should have better access to 2nd floor for elderly. Overall though it was a good stay."

"The staff was friendly, helpful, and pleasant they made my fiance and I feel at home as soon as we arrived. The kitchen staff made sure everything was fresh and hot, and the housekeepers made sure we had clean towels daily. The hotel was very clean and organized. From Dani and John we want to give a huge thank you to Jeff the GM, Chris our bartender, and Kelly and E our front desk. You guys made our stay special with great conversation and laughter. Our next visit again will be at the Hyatt Nashville / Brentwood for sure. Thank you guys for everything. "

"Hotel and room were clean..and the staff was friendly. The location was great for time in downtown Nashville and Franklin during our stay. Currently they are working on remodeling on the upper floor. It did not impact our stay…the work is done during the day."

"The room was filthy there was literally bugs everywhere, shower, sink, bed, next to the tv. Cheapest option around in a decent neighborhood but the room was filthy and honestly i feel like i should be refunded."

"This facility was in poor condition. The elevator was broken, there was no cover on the bathroom fan, and the drapes were so long they covered the HVAC unit. The TV worked well and the bed was fine. However no coffee at the so-called "free" breakfast, which offered nothing to beat. "

"Entire first floor is closed due to construction . I was on 3rd floor and smelled of cooking food the entire time. Maybe it will be better when renovations done, but advise to avoid for now"

"It smelled horrible walking in. I viewed 3 rooms, all had hair in the bed & on the pillows accompanied by burn stains, curtains broken, windows not secure/broken, paint on covers, toilet running & “don’t care attitude” staff."
