The location was excellent for access to train station, great shopping mall attached, short walk to the Oudegracht area with amazing restaurants and shops. "This was just the perfect place to stay for a visit to Utrecht. The hotel is immaculate throughout and the staff are very welcoming. The location is awesome - just opposite the main railway station and within a beautiful shopping mall which has a huge variety of stores, restaurants and cafes. The Hampton breakfast was excellent: a great choice of hot/cold options served in spacious dining area adjacent to the reception. I will definitely be returning!"

"I absolutely loved this boutique hotel. The bed was comfortable, shower was great and everything was very clean. It had a coffee maker, fridge, and kettle in the room. The location cannot be beat - so central and easy to get to the main station. My room had a beautiful view of the church across the street. The staff was very nice too. Highly recommend!! "

"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"
