"Beds were comfortable grounds were beautiful wasn't very many options at the two restaurants the bar and the big restaurant for young kids . check-in was a little weird. I believe there was not a lot of confidence and communication coming from the check-in person did not even give us a wrist band for pool and we had to go back and get one. The carpets in the hallways were very challenging to push a suitcase on."

"Ridiculous that for a seven night stay they don’t provide a freshen up of the room, no fresh towels, additional toiletries, laundry soap, etc. The unit was clean and well laid out. The concierge misled us about a presentation that she insisted wasn’t a time share but was for a “travel club” that was similar to a timeshare. Customer service could be better."
