"I’ve now stayed here four times now and it’s like comfort food now. Beyond being conveniently located close to my family home, it is clean, well-serviced and well located to other interesting spots in Bandra. They take good care of you here"

"Rooms were neat and tidy. They had roof top terrace which was bonus. Their food selection was good and food was tasty. It’s close to Khar station. Staff were professional"
"It was truly a five star experience. If you are going to Mumbai, and want to be taken care of by some of the best, friendly, helpful and purely nice people, this is a great resort. A special shoutout to the staff at the 21-club - I received so much advice and helpful suggestions! If you want to have a great time - and live it up - stay at the Taj. Beware of the traffic though, give yourself time to reach your destinations."
"Let’s start with the good - the staff at the apartments are kind and attentive and really go out of their way to attend to your needs. Big thanks to Vijay and Jayesh.
Now for the things that need improving: 1) there is a ton of construction noise adjacent to the building. No mention of it in the listing - we wouldn’t have booked here had we known. 2) there is zero soundproofing - bring your noise canceling headphones and even with those you may find it hard to sleep. Between the traffic, constant honking, multiple temples and gurudwaras nearby - there is zero chance of sleep. 3) the property could use some upkeep and definitely needs better instructions for visitors - things like towel replacements (stop using them once they’re stained) & how to turn on hot water in the showers is important (no one will find an obscure knob or switch).
Fine for a very last minute trip to India but we’re not likely to return to this particular location given all the above. "
"Awesome hotel in the heart of vibrant Mumbai!
What a fantastic stay – the hotel is perfectly located in the middle of the bustling city, making it super convenient to explore Mumbai’s energy and charm. A big kudos to the entire team for their warm hospitality and excellent service. Special mention to Deepak, who truly goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcomed and cared for. Thank you for a memorable experience – I’ll definitely be back!"
"I don’t under stand hotel name it’s different name one is bkc corporate hostel & bkc corporate inn
My room ac stop because out side raining so very hot my room…3 km far from us embassy…I never stay here again "
"Foreigners stay away! The room was nice enough, but the service was awful. I was told dinner was at 6:30 (it states as such on their menu). I try to place an order at 6:30 at reception, they tell me it starts at 7:30. I return at 7:30, they tell me it starts at 8. I return at 8, finally they take my order. 9pm rolls around and no food. I have to track down staff for help. None of them will help me or pretend to understand so I go away. Luckily one of the other guests saw me struggling and helped coerce the staff into getting me food. For several breakfasts and dinners I had to endure this. Sometimes reception would take my order and the food never came, but it still ended up in my bill at checkout. On top of this I was a bit ill so which made it so much worse. I cannot recommend this hotel to foreigners at all. "
