"Very nice hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Ideal spot for visiting Broadstairs and surrounding area. We were golfing in Sandwich and this is a great spot for evening activities (pubs, food etc). The food at the hotel was excellent also. "

"No soundproofing, loud bar could be heard until about midnight, then drunk people walking loudly around every ten minutes to get to their rooms or somewhere. I could hear the conversations of the men in the room next to me until 1am. Musty damp that irritated my allergies. Staff and location great and shower hot and room warm, if you can handle the rest."

House is very grand and tastefully decorated with nice attention to detail with local history books etc. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was very serviceable, although would be handy to have a few more essentials provided i.e. cooking oil, but supermarkets are not far away."
