"Perfect hotel in a perfect location!"

"This is a large hotel with only two unlinked elevators serving a single elevator bay, with up and down stairs on the same level, resulting in extremely long wait times. When departing, we called for luggage assistance, but after waiting 15 minutes with nobody arriving, we carried our luggage down the stairs ourselves to reach the elevators. Even then, we waited another 10 minutes before we could get into an elevator, as they consistently arrived full. The suite was very nice and clean; however, none of the USB outlets worked. Additionally, the bathroom exhaust fan and towel warmer were not functioning. We also encountered an issue with being incorrectly charged for breakfast. The hotel has an unusual setup where the Executive Lounge, which serves as the breakfast venue in the morning, does not officially open until noon. Guests with Executive Lounge access are entitled to breakfast there, but we encountered a staff member who appeared unfamiliar with the policy. Despite our request, they declined to verify it with management and insisted on charging us. The charge was later removed after we spoke with a manager, who was very apologetic and resolved the issue promptly. While the accommodations themselves were pleasant, the elevator delays, maintenance issues, and breakfast billing confusion significantly detracted from the overall experience"

"An excellent place for our visit to the city, with fantastic transport access from the airport. A warm welcome from the staff of all departments. Very clean room and hotel throughout with great facilities. Wonderful breakfast options to satisfy most. All in all, a great choice far all."

"It is the perfect location to be in the city. I understand the age of the building, but there is zero AC in the rooms and the winds only open a couple inches. It’s VERY warm in the room. Also, the first room they gave us with our castle view was horrible with a giant wall obstructing the view. We requested another room and by the third try we had a decent view. Beware when paying extra for a castle view."

"I booked 3 nights here with anticipation of luggage storage. Luggage storage was restricted and not as advertised. The staff was not accommodating. I had to check out, carry 20kg of luggage to a bag check across town because there was nothing suitable locally. I believe the place to be run by students that can’t make decisions and don’t understand hospitality. It was a relatively small ask, but a massive inconvenience to me. I found out day 2, so lost an afternoon looking around for some assistance. It was stressful. This site finally got me a supervisor who offered a solution, but I spent 2-3 hours online and walking to find something local to help, plus nearly 2 hours with customer service. I was physically sick with how stressful it was."
