It is not a hotel in the traditional sense. The room was just enough to crash after a long trip, but I wouldn't sleep there for more than a night.

Needs renovation bad

Hotel definitely not a 4 star not even a 3, barely a 2-star. Room was in poor condition, shower didn’t work well, walls all scratched up. Door was barely hanging on. Restaurant staff 2 male servers were only good thing, super friendly. Right off the beach but can’t go in water due to all the sharks. Close to shopping mall but that’s it.

It was very very average. We didn't have our room "organized" for the first 4 days. Sure we could have asked, but should we need to? And, in honesty this isn't a huge issue for us. Just more of a note for others. Elevators were extremely slow. We might stay there again.

Hotel em péssimas condições de manutenção, quarto sem água quente, possui 4 elevadores dos quais 3 estão sem funcionar .. e estive aqui a 3 meses e continuam assim … área comum suja .. quarto com mobiliário velho e em péssimo estado … não parece nada com as fotos … mesmo barato jamais recomendaria

O quarto estava limpo e era bem espaçoso. O que foi bem ruim foi a infraestrutura: o elevador não funcionava para o meu andar. Tinha que pegar o elevador de serviço ou descer em um andar acima do meu e depois terminar pelas escadas. O chuveiro esquentava pouco. A chave da minha porta estava com problema, às vezes abria, às vezes não, aí tinha que ficar descendo na recepção. Com o péssimo fluxo do elevador, achei as áreas em comum bem mal cuidadas, com aspecto de sujeira e bagunça.

Chave não funcionava, sem geladeira no apto, não tem lugar pra comprar uma água, não tem lugar pra refrigerar nada. Água quente falhou, TV não funcionava e no final apareceu uma barata no apto. Enfim, experiência bem ruim em relação a expectativa e anúncios. Acredito que seja algo relacionado especificamente a unidade que me disponibilizaram, pois parece ser uma administração de multi propriedades, cada apto de algum proprietário diferente, e cada um tem seu próprio cuidado. Contudo não deveriam alugar opções que questões abaixo do mínimo aceitável. enfim, uma pena, era pra descansar e aproveitar, acabamos ficando “largados” e desconfortáveis.

Em primeiro lugar, a localização que consta no App é completamente diferente do local do estabelecimento, segundo; o nome do estabelecimento já mudou há mais de 1 ano, 3.° selecionei local com estacionamento e café da manhã incluído ! Tive que pagar R$ 35,00 pelo estacionamento + R$ 35,00 pelo café da manhã por pessoa (total + R$ 140,00). A porta de correr que separa o quarto da varanda vibra com o vento e faz barulho à noite toda, embaixo da cama tem muita sujeira o que provocou acesso de espirros (tirei foto da sujeira), o chuveiro sai jatos d’água não direcionados, ou seja necessita de manutenção !
