Ficamos hospedados no Hotel Exclusive em Porto de Galinhas para umas férias em família, e tivemos uma experiência muito positiva. O hotel está muito bem localizado, próximo à praia e de fácil acesso a restaurantes e comércios da região. As instalações são modernas e bem cuidadas, proporcionando conforto para toda a família. O café da manhã foi um dos destaques, com bastante variedade e opções saborosas. O atendimento da equipe também merece elogios, sempre prestativos e simpáticos. Para quem busca um hotel bem localizado, confortável e com ótimo serviço, o Hotel Exclusive é uma excelente escolha. Com certeza voltaríamos!

A estadia foi muito boa.. Funcionários bem educados.. A roupa de cama é trocada a cada 3 diárias (nos foi informado na hora do check in).. Cafe da manha excelente.. Hotel bem no centrinho, adoramos a localização e a 1 quadra do mar! Super tranquilo e seguro de andar!

Atendeu a minha necessidade de um bom banho e boa noite de sono, porém esperava um pouco mais depois de olhar as fotos disponíveis na rede social e no site. Acho que falta mais espaço de guarda-roupas com cabides disponíveis. O café da manhã é maravilhoso e o atendimento ótimo!

Durante os 3 dias que fiquei com a minha família, a internet do hotel não funcionou em nenhum momento. Outro ponto bem negativo é que a limpeza do apartamento só é feita mediante solicitação e entrega da chave pelo hospede. Além disso, as toalhas só são trocadas a cada 3 dias e cobrada uma taxa de R$ 20,00/toalha para uso na piscina.

O lugar é extremamente barulhento. As pessoas transitam na rua e parece que estão falando dentro do quarto. Difícil dormir. O secador de cabelo é de uso coletivo. Todas as vezes que precisamos, não tinha disponível. O banheiro não tem box. Quando vc toma banho, molha o banheiro todo. Colocam um rodo pra vc secar. O café da manhã tem moscas. Reclamei com ele pessoal do restaurante para que fizessem algo, tampar os alimentos ou outra coisa. Não fizeram nada!

A localização e restaurante (incluído o café da manhã) excelentes. Atendimento no restaurante, nota 1000, comida deliciosa e preço justo. O quarto deixou muito a desejar, na verdade, foi decepcionante. Não havia lugar para acomodar malas, senti falta de uma mesa/bancada, cadeira/poltrona e cesto de lixo. Cama razoável, internet ruim. Rooftop muito bonito, embora não tivemos oportunidade de usufruir em razão da chuva.

Pousada novíssima, muito bem localizada, pertinho de tudo para fazer a pé - perto da praia e área de compras. O quarto é básico, mas funcional e amplo. O café também é suficiente, nada demais, podendo ser melhorado. Mas vale a estada. Voltarei certamente.
