Pleasant stay

Pleasant stay at this very affordable Inn / Hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was small but comfortable, I would recommend for budget conscious folks.

The pool area seems abandoned, and there was trash there all days as well as rusted areas and a gigantic hole on the ceiling. We were three people, and they refused to give us a third pillow. There were no hands towels in the bathrooms, and only bar soap. Beds were not comfortable at all….. They also gave us our towels at the end of the first day of our stay. Breakfast was pretty good though. And it’s across from a supermarket, three blocks from the beach, and close to restaurants, drugstores, which made the location pretty good.

Precisa melhorar o atendimento na recepção (claro que não são todos), questão de toalhas e lençóis que não ficam disponíveis no quarto e é uma batalha pra chegar quando solicitado. No banho, a água fica sem descer no ralo deixando a área inundada por um bom tempo. Poderiam tbm oferecer 1 chave do quarto a mais, independente de quantas pessoas estejam no quarto.

Não se hospedem em nenhum hotel dessa Rede Andrade! Vai estragar sua viagem! Hotel em péssimas condições. Atendimento ruim. Funcionários desinteressados. Café da manhã lamentável (melhor ir tomar na padaria). Serviço de atendimento ao cliente não resolve absolutamente nada. Apenas um elevador que funciona, se estragar já era. Limpeza deixa a desejar, fora o cheiro de esgoto que vem do banheiro que é quase insuportável. Se o seu objetivo for preço independente do resto, se a diária estiver até 80 ou 90 reais vai na fé! Acima desse valor tem opções melhores.

Hotel complicadíssimo. O checkin realmente só acontece às 14h, gerando um acúmulo de pessoas para ser atendido e é ÓBVIO que 1 funcionário não consegue dar conta para que o serviço seja feito com rapidez. Não sei se só tinha 1 funcionário disponível por chegar num domingo, mas o problema já começou no checkin. Em seguida, ao chegar no quarto o cheiro de mofo estava bem forte e atacou a alergia do meu marido. O andar inteiro tinha cheiro de mofo. Aparentemente, era um bom hotel na década 90/00, mas hoje precisa de uma reforma. Nosso quarto estava com diversas rachaduras nas paredes e pintura descascada. O banheiro era grande e confortável de espaço, porém o papel higiênico era FOLHA SIMPLES. Absurdo! O café da manhã era extremamente básico, e nos 2 dias que ficamos não houve variedade de cardápio. As mesmas frutas, mesmos pães, mesmos sucos, mesmos frios. Tudo muito básico, não condizente com a localização do hotel. Não recomendo.

A localização é ótima, porém a qualidade do serviço oferecido pelo hotel deixa muito à desejar. Não informam que o estacionamento é pago, banheiro com resto de ferro enferrujado na parede, com perigo de se machucar, o lençol não para no colchão, odor forte do mesmo. Café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Piscina esteve a semana toda em manutenção.Banheiro da recepçao sujo... Enfim, a experiência não foi muito boa! A propósito, nem foto tiramos da estadia...
