A proposta é interessante, porém é notável que falta manutenção no quarto e das áreas comuns trazendo a percepção de descuido. O café da manhã com poucas opções e ainda cobrando para fazer uma tapioca.

Existem 2 recepções. Depois de aguardar uns 15 minutos fui informado para me dirigir à outra recepção. Os elevadores são demorados. Meu quarto estava com um edredon com 2 rasgos e o trilho da cortina caindo. O quarto é amplo, porém mal projetado, com a pia fora do banheiro, de modo que para escovar os dentes e lavar o rosto deve ser utilizada uma pia de cozinha. Não permitiram tomar uma cerveja na area da piscina...

Receponista inesperiente e despreparada para a função, quarto precisando de reparos, falta de arrumaçao na unidade que estava bagunçada. Ao chegarmos notamos que nao havia água na torneira e banheiro, resolveram depois de um tempinho, e tambem não havia luzes nos abajur, micro-ondas sujo com respingos de comida. Vista linda mas ... Nao me hospedaria novamente.

Confortável, mas despreparados.

O quarto em si é confortável, mas durante o café da manhã encontramos uma mosca dentro do cuscuz que estava soltando até aquele líquido amarelado da traseira dela. Nojento demais. Além disso, no dia de nossa saída pedimos um late check-out até 13h, mas a camareira entrou no quarto por volta das 12h30 e quase flagrou eu e meu namorando transando, ou seja, não há uma comunicação muito adequada entre os colaboradores. O que salvou nossa experiência foi a vista.

O hotel tem uma vista bonita da Reserva do Paiva, café da manhã bom, mas a limpeza estava crítica, o piso do quarto estava sujo e a pia entupida. Os lençóis estavam com cheiro forte de sabão e tive alergia.
