"The flat was exactly as described and there were plenty of utensils and crockery for a short stay. It is located directly opposite the beach and the view is superb. Everything is a few minutes walk away, which was fantastic as I don't have a car. The owner was easy to reach and responded promptly. I would highly recommend. "

"There really should be a sixth star available to rate this property. Our family of 5 used it as base for exploring Canterbury and the coastal towns of eastern Kent. Herne Bay is a perfect location for that purpose and I can’t imagine there’s a better place to stay in HB. The house is located in a cul-de-sac right on the sea front in the centre of HB. Its unprepossessing front hides a wonderful property within. The house was beautifully furnished with every amenity that we needed for our stay. In addition to being a lovely place to stay, the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners was unprecedented in our numerous VRBO stays. Martyn was very responsive to our questions and went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He provided very helpful reminders that made things go smoothly. "Owner was late to inform us of key (Friday evening)But the bungalow was lovely with excellent furnishings and fittings. Railway at end of garden was not a problem, trains on occasion and but could not be heard from inside. Some windows could do with a clean. Two minutes from long sandy beach by car with lots of parking and cafes.Lovely holiday, would go again."
