"Stay was going great until we went in the bathroom where it was infested with ants, ee walk to the jacuzzi and around it was Allison infested with ants. My husband took video and we went to the front desk, the staff person on that night shift was GREAT, he wanted to discount our room, gave us 4 drink passes and even wanted to change our room but due to an injury, we needed the hot tub and that was the only one available so we opted for any spray and cleaning supplies. The next morning, my husband went to the front desk to discuss room comp (mind you when we woke up the bathroom was infested AGAIN with ants) my husband was told there's no discount or refund because we were given drink passes and breakfast passes but WE PAID FOR THE BREAKFAST so all we got for our inconvenience was 4 drink passes we didmt even use and was told because we booked thru 3rd party there nothing they can do but the night before the man at the front desk said we would new comped he just had to wait for a manager! Over all the stay was great minus the ANT INFESTATION but to be told because "

"Everything was old and dirty. Terrible smell on beds and dirty towels. Don’t waste your money here!!!"

"Staff was nice. Parking was easy. Shopping nearby. Matience arrive quickly when toilet overflow. But was not happy at all when a live cockroach was found climbing up the bathroom wall. Bed was uncomfortable ."

"Great staff, clean, modern room, great breakfast. Pool was too cold for my children to go in. I specifically chose this hotel for the pool amenities. "

"For some reason, I was given a room configured for a handicapped person. There was no closet in the room, and therefore nowhere to hang up my clothes, including my business suit. The door to the room was motorized and difficult to open by hand. Also, the key cards would not open any of the outside doors of the building. The only way into the building was through the main entrance. All of these issues made my stay very awkward."

"This house was a perfect place to stay. The hosts Syed and Rahim were very accommodating. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Chicagoland area for easy access to all transportation routes. 5 stars and then some!!!!"
