"We had a terrible stay, the whole hotel was rented out to a group of people who comes back every year for St Patrick's celebration. It's unbelievable how the hotel management allows this to happen as they are a returning group. The hotel was absolutely trashed. They even put up pop-up tents around the property, there was crock pots everywhere with the food. Garbage, beer cans you name it. The next day we came down to the pool and found garbage, left over food, baby bottles it was a disaster. A poorly managed hotel is what it is....."

"The pool was fine as was parking. However, twice we went to the service desk and neither time were things resolved. The first time we asked for the tv in the small room to be fixed and were told the GM would do it, when he was back. Never happened. Second time, breakfast, went to the desk to inquire as to why apple juice was water and the female who was working (and eating - most unpleasant site, to be honest) said "we have oj and crandberry juice". A sign would have been a help... the room was not quite cleaned properly - under the desk in small room was trash, a table was placed behind the desk, drawer handles missing or needed to be fixed and the microwave was unplugged and sitting diagnol on a table, with a sticker on it. Not sure if it worked or not. The beds were great, heat was great and bath was great. "

"We stayed during the blizzard of 2026, so it may have been a harder time to keep everything clean, but the carpets on the stairs and in the hallways were very dirty, and the door to our bathroom wasn’t wiped down. Breakfast was good if you steered clear of the eggs and home fries and just stuck to the bagels and pastries. Again, that could have been a staffing issue due to the storm. Staff was vey friendly and I am thankful they had lights and heat, and the kids had a blast in the pool, just wanted to be honest with my review. "

"Great room - Clean and comfortable with a view of the Ocean and could see sunrise from the bed or balcony. Beach access and covered / heated swimming pool were great and very convenient! Calm beach - hardly any waves / lot of shells. Room had 2 TVs - one with cable channels and streaming services and other with a VHS and DVD Player! They had a good collection of VHS and DVD too! Friendly staff! Wish they had some breakfast options - not sure if it is available during the regular season. It was a great stay!"

"We booked the Hotel, called to check on the room as there was a Power outage in the area due to snow. We were told on the phone the room was ready. We arrived, went to check in. The women a reception informed us "You know we have no electricity, hot water, all facilities were closed. They were were willing to check us in, noting that there are only lights in the hallways. How about close the Hotel and halt booking? Terrible Managment."
