"Hotel does not have elevators. This did not affect me but will people who have wheel chairs or heavy suitcases. Hotel floor was loud. Did not get any sleep during my six day stay. So loud. It’s not worth staying here, especially paying $128 per day. I recommend going somewhere else. Foyer smells. The front entrance at check in smells very very bad. Amenities and room cleanliness is good. Staff is good. Beds comfortable. Parking is good. Included. But you can hear everything through the room. Breakfast not included. There’s a Chinese restaurant next door. This place was good five years ago but not good anymore. I don’t recommend this place. "

"The location is great for anyone attending the Poirier Complex. Very nice hosts and very clean."

"The staff were very pleasant. The room was very neat and clean. The underground parking was handy for the rental vehicle. Parking garage felt very safe with its security cameras etc. The hotel is in the heart of downtown Surrey with several homeless people around making one feel uneasy. The hotel is first class and feels safe."

"We were warmly welcomed (especially nice after a long day of travel) and the property really is spacious. The kitchen is especially noteworthy; it has every appliance known to exist, including an automatic coffee maker that made that first cup each morning easy. We were happy to learn we could easily cook meals to eat in as all the tools needed were provided and in good working order. There were also some nice details provided like a phone charger and a binder with local information. The decor is tasteful and serene. If you are planning to work remotely, note that the wifi has a few low signal spots, but we were easily able to work around this. It was fine for casual use. Overall we loved our stay, we had everything we needed, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend others do so."

"We had an awesome stay - Becky is easily one of the best hosts we've ever had! This was an ideal spot for our family of 3 humans and 1 dog. There wasn't anything fragile near the ground for me to be to concerned that the dog may accidentally knock over and other than occasional barking from Becky's pups, no noise for our dog to react to. There was even a fabric barrier between floors to keep our dog upstairs when we desired. The large fenced in backyard with hot tub was a huge plus and the proximity to Mundy Park (with great off leash areas) and transit options was excellent - we loved the location! Becky and Ross couldn't have been more hospitable. We'll definitely be back!"
