"The house was very quiet and comfortable. The bedrooms are completely dark so you sleep like a baby. Everything about the house was really nice. The only challenge was the train coming through the neighborhood at night. Besides that, everything else was great. If you have children over the age of two, they’ll love the train. Overall, we had a great stay."

"This a very nice and clean first floor property. A few areas for improvement:1. We had to contact the host for check-in and for instructions on how to enter the apartment after the check-in time. This was promptly done.2. The kitchen is nice but challenging to cook a meal for two: limited pots & pans, frying pans, and serving bowls. Utensils ok. One coffee mug. No toaster. We had to use the oven to toast. This situation could be easily remedied by a trip to Good Will.3. Lamps. All lamps had burnt out light bulbs (living room & bedroom). Bedroom has two night stands and one lamp. Again, another Good Will trip.4. Need extra chairs for the living room area as the pull out sofa is not comfortable to sit on (spring cushion and too deep for sitting). We used the chairs that were out on the porch.5. The air conditioner in the closet whistles when on. This is do to air leakage on the intake side that could easily be corrected with AC foil tape.6. There are multiple AC condensing units (from other apartments) outside the bedroom window that make the bedroom a little noisy. Nothing can be done about this.7. The gym is really not user friendly. Apparently there is an APP to access but we were not allowed to download it because we are guests. It was dependent upon staff being present for access and they are not always there.Overall, a good experience and value and convenient to many areas of JAX. Thank you."

"Was a fun experience for the family, Was a few things that needed attention,,game controlers didn't work ,luckily my son brought his ,,was no fire pit, and pool cushions need replacement, no ping pong balls ,but all in all it was a nice time"

"Stunning Property – Highly Recommend!Rating: 9/10We were absolutely blown away by how gorgeous it is. The photos are great, but being there in person is a different level of luxury. The layout, the views, and the overall vibe of the home made it a truly memorable stay. It felt like a high-end retreat, and the value for the experience was definitely well worth it.There were only two small things that kept this from being a flawless experience: * Lingering Odor: When we first arrived, there was a noticeable smell of marijuana throughout the space. It was a bit discouraging at the start, though it did dissipate over time and management quickly provided air freshener. * Brief Miscommunication: We had a minor hiccup upon arrival. It was a very brief lapse and was sorted out quickly, but it did cause a little bit of initial distress that could had been avoided.Final Thoughts:Even with those minor points, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The beauty and quality of the home far outweighed the small inconveniences. If you’re looking for a spectacular place to stay, this is it!"

"The host was welcoming, and the house is GORGEOUS! It's getting a bit run down, though. The pool was not full, causing the fountains to not work. The stove in the kitchen only has one burner that works, barely. They all run on such a low flame, and was very difficult to cook on them. But the house was clean and inviting. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, and it was everything for a perfect weekend getaway. Thank you!"
