"The staff was very accommodating for us during our stay. We had to bring our cats as we were relocating from Illinois to Oklahoma and they handled it with care. $25/per cat wasn't terrible to spend only a little unexpected at the time. Check out was smooth. Only issue I have is that my bank account is still 80 overdrawn from some unknown charges after the fact of paying for the room. "

"Breakfast was standard hotel fare. Not great, but filling. The hotel had nice sitting areas both inside and out. The pool area was especially inviting, but it was too cold to enjoy when we stayed. The staff was very accommodating. My only complaint was the mattress. It was too hard for my back. The fridge was a plus!"

"Best Western Coach House in Sringfield, Missouri was very comfortable , clean and friendly. Even though it is an older property, it is well maintained. You can park outside your suite. Breakfast was excellent !"

"In the wheelchair accessible room, there's a drain near the toilet. When rolling over it, the "grate/cover" popped off (apparently it wasn't installed correctly), dropping my front wheel into a huge hole, which stopped my chair immediately and launched me head first into the wall. In the shower, the mounted rod the hand-held shower head was on came apart immediately upon grabbing it. Apparently that wall mount wasn't installed correctly either. Other than the injuries going head-first into the wall, the hotel was nice, clean, polite staff, and the food was great. "

"The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help us out. The rooms were nice and clean, and the breakfast was actually pretty solid which is not given for Days Inn hotels. I did have a bit of a struggle getting my key to work at the side door but young gentleman came out and assisted me. "
