"Staff were accommodating and environment was very fun / entertaining. We arrived before check-in and played ping pong + petted the hotel cat! There was also water and coffee available in the lobby. They managed to let us in early which was helpful. Beds were comfortable . Our room came with a kitchenette which was good, it would be useful to have more cleaning supplies available in the room, as there wasn’t anything to wipe up with and no drying rack for plates. Plenty of plug sockets and didn’t find it too noisy. The private bathroom external from the room was easy to access, we didn’t seem to have a bathmat or hand towel but we made do. Shower gel and hand soap was provided. Area is very quiet and near a train station, also a convenience store nearby. Would definitely stay again as it was great value for money!"

"We enjoyed our stay!! Great location. Beautiful view from our room. Spacious room and felt refreshing to have all that space which is luxury in Europe. Staff was the best part of the hotel. They were kind, happy, and always eager to help. Unfortunately, two days in a row the hotel elevators were not working. The staff tried their best to have the elevators repaired at the earliest. The staff went above and beyond to compensate for this unfortunate event. They were super helpful. To make our stay comfortable they offered free breakfast for that morning. Breakfast was delicious and was a nice spread. We would totally come back to this hotel when we return to Amsterdam. One of the best hotels in Europe! "

"We arrived late into the evening and were met by the nicest reception staff. They were really attentive and very helpful. Getting to the room it was basically brand new with how clean it was. More than enough utensils and plates needed for my trip. The property was quiet and lots of amenities available on site but also less than a five minute walk from a major public transportation hub (also a short journey time into centre) multiple supermarkets that are open until late and a big fridge to store them in. Bed was really comfy and wash room stocked with enough to last longer than we were staying. Would happily stay again "

"Place was ok. Walking distance ftom about 45 min from central station and 30 from Anna frank's house. Bus station and subway near by if u want to take it. Curly hair lady (forgot her name) is exelent... make my trip easier and was so helpfull. Red short hair lady ( dont know the name) rolled the eye to my 9 years old daugther when she went twice asking for coffe and cream pouches, because we didnt have nothing available in the room and was a free service that the hotel offers in the room. In other hands the faucet of my batroom was falling everytime I was using it. For the price I think we should have had a better experience. Thanks"
