The Buccaneer Beach & Golf Resort

"We had our wedding here. Very happy with that process and the staff’s assistance. Every staff member we dealt with was great. Dinner at the resort seemed expensive. Food was ok. Again, staff were great. We stayed in two different rooms. They were large and comfortable. Cleanliness was ‘ok.’ Not great. AC in one room super cold, the other, not so much. The beaches were fantastic. Property overall was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again."

"The view is amazing! Loved being able to open our windows and see the ocean right there. The facility is older but clean. The pool needs new marsite and the bed needs a mattress protector. But the staff is amazing! Very helpful and attentive. We did not want to leave!!"

"I would the balcony maintain much better so guests can sit outside to view, the view are gorgeous but because of the bird poop you could not go out there"

"This was our first visit to St. Croix. We chose this property based on a youtube review. Overall the property and staff were great. Location was also great being off the harbor. Our room was cute but smaller than expected. I feel like if you are going to splurge for an ocean view, get the King room with the balcony. Parking is $25 a night unless you can find street parking. The food at the hotel was excellent as well. I would stay there again and recommend to anyone looking to visit St Croix."

"I was very comfortable at this hotel. They gave me a very nice room overlooking the wharf with Cay in the background. I did have a leaky air conditioner in the room and an outdated TV that was very blurry. Those minor things didn't interfere with my stay. I stay there again."

"The views were extraordinary and the location, peaceful. The accommodations were better than expected with simple amenities free of charge, such as coffee, beverages and snacks, with replenishment upon request at no extra charge. Communication was prompt. My mom and I slept well every night of our 6-night stay. This location is ideal if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle and still be relatively close to basic shopping. An infinity pool is under construction and I would return once it has been completed."

"This was a really neat setup. Was close to other condos and great access to a row of beach in both directions. If you snorkel out further to the reef it’s beautiful. Short walk to the pier where we spent days fishing and swimming. The locals in this area were great and residents of the condos were all kind and welcoming. The condo was very thoughtfully laid out and the few water/power issues we had with WAPA were addressed quickly. The property is very safe and secure. My kids spent every night in the pool. This condo looks over the property into a large tree where resident iguanas lounge in for days."
