"Wonderful amenities for small children: pool has floaties and kick boards and there is a VERY well stocked small play room with outside playground access. Pool also has attached hot tub and sauna by the locker rooms. One shower in each gendered locker room and plenty of (small) towels. The rooms are generously sized, with storage dressers and closets. Our dishwasher did not function, but the kitchen was otherwise fine: full stove and oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. The staff were friendly and the location excellent for exploring Ottawa. Over all, a solid choice!"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and much larger than I expected. The location is great, so close to many fun restaurants and bars. I didn’t eat breakfast because I had plans for brunch but I popped in to see it and there seemed to be a lot of options."

"Room was Clean and in good condition. Staff was very responsive and co-operative. Always ready to help you. They don't have in-house restaurant - so might feel challenge for breakfast - lunch - dinner. But since property is situated right in the heart of downtown. So you will have lots of option to explore. Also you can order at helpdesk or delivery platform and you can get it delivered. US embassy also walkable distance along with all other tourist place. I enjoyed my stay with my family."

"I sayed for 5 nights. I made good use of the kitchen. Made dinner only 1 night but made breakfast and a lunch to go daily. Suite was very clean and spacious. The one remote operated the tv in the living room and bedroom. Laundry facilities were convienie t as I did laundry the night before departure. Friendly and accommodating staff."
