"The rooms are very small, noisy and extremely dated. The main issue for me was the noise. The plumbing and lifts being the main culprit. Whenever the person in the next room (either side) flushed the toilet or used the faucet it could be clearly heard in my room. Staff ambivalent and if I hadn't prepayed I would have moved to another hotel. Located on a noisy road as well. "

The maid service was super consistent and exceptional. Very clean rooms. Great AC. 5-minute walk from Copacobana beach and a lot of great restaurants. I would absolutely reccommend this hotel and stay here again."
