"After a long drive, my daughter and I want to get shower and sleep to rest. We check in and went to the room. The room was dirty the flor stained, the sheets were stained with paint I imagine with makeup, lipstick or something, the shower with something slimy looked disgusting. I went downstairs and I talked to Jonh, his answer was I’m not the housekeeper I don’t have any control about that. I asked to speak with the manager, his answer was she is not here. I said can you please change me to another clean room, his answer was we don’t have no rooms available, I said I don’t believe that and he raised his voice and he told me I front of the people are you calling me a liar, I said I never used that word he said yes you did. I went to my room and I started chatting with a representative of Expedia, the lady was nice and she tried to help me the best she could. She called Jonh and he told her if she wants to leave I wait for her to check her out and I give her a full refund, at that point he wants me to kick out from the hotel, I told the lady the only I ask is a clean bathroom and bed to rest. I think if you pay for a hotel room, they need to provide a clean room right? I didn’t leave because it was almost 1 in the morning and the other hotels if you reserve because is the next day your check in is a 4pm. We stay in the room, we take off all the sheets from the bed we put sweaters and we sleep with no blankets. Never going back to that place… worse experience ever."

"No breakfast was served. The site says “ enjoy the wonderful breakfast buffet style. What they fail to mention is you have to pay for it or add it to your reservation and pay. Why can’t they just say “ fee” or “ not free”. Was disappointed in that. View was of dirty rooftops being on the 20th floor. A curtain didn’t work properly and parking is $41/night. The room was clean but no exhaust fan in bathroom. This makes for a very steamy room especially in the humidity of San Antone in June. I think I may choose a different location next time."

"Let's start from the lobby: very clean, very welcoming. The room seemed clean, but it was not. The restroom was dirty, very dusty, and the shower had poor maintenance with a rusted tub and shower head. The door was missing pieces, as if something had chewed on it. The bed mattress was the worst part for me; you could feel all the coils. It was very bad; you could see it just by looking at the bed—it was all bumpy. It definitely needs a new mattress. And one thing I left wondering was if they had some type of bug because we left with bumps on our legs and arms. Do not recommend."

"I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. Upon arrival, my room was not ready, despite checking in at the scheduled time. After waiting, I was finally given a room that had an overwhelming bleach smell, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. The room did not feel fresh or properly prepared for guests. The pictures online definitely do not match the actual rooms. The room looked much older. To make matters worse, the air conditioning barely worked and could not maintain a comfortable temperature. The room remained uncomfortable throughout my stay, and it was clear that maintenance issues had not been properly addressed. What was most frustrating was the lack of customer service. Hospitality starts with customer service, and unfortunately this hotel failed in that area. Guests should feel welcomed, valued, and respected, but that was not my experience. Based on the poor service I received, I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others. For the price paid, this experience was completely unacceptable. Between the room not being ready, the strong chemical odor, the malfunctioning air conditioning, and the unhelpful staff, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay."
