"We usually stay at a different hotel when we visit San Antonio but decided to try another option this time and couldn’t be happier. Valet parking is expensive but convenience and peace of mind are worth it. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are the epitome of customer service. The pool area is nice, but the pool needs some elbow grease. We only got in the water one day because of the color of the water the rest of our stay. The spa staff are incredibly talented and personable. We will absolutely return to Hotel Contessa."
