"The Accommodation is very dated, it was clean by very shabby. I managed to get the TV working but it was on an aerial and was unwatchable."

"The breakfast menu was all fresh, I was particularly impressed with the freshly prepared fruit but it was all very good. My only suggestions would be to include a bar of soap in the bathroom and an alternative to black tea and coffee in the bedroom as I cannot drink either option. In fairness I had brought my own herbal tea bags as I know it can be a problem. "

The cottage itself was beautiful, well equipped and spotlessly clean, and Katharine made us, and our dog, feel very welcome. We can't recommend the Hayloft enough, if we are back in Ripon, we will definitely book it again, 5 stars! :-)"
