"Absolutely beautiful property. Food was okay, wish it tasted more authentic. Drinks were amazing. Only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is how annoying the staff was at pressuring you to purchase time shares. Mind you I own timeshares and their value for the price is not worth it what so ever. Cesar and Raul at the boat party hands down was amazing and if you go please attend the Mexican celebration you will not regret it. Also went to xplor, the excursions are so much fun and if your staying at Arte a lot of them are included in you price. Also the art at the resort were soooo beautiful and the rooms absolutely stunning and you get house keeping twice a day."

"Everything about our stay was wonderful, with one disappointing exception on our last day when we requested transportation to the airport. Estrella from the reservations office was rude and dismissive when she informed us that the shuttle transportation had to be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. I explained that I wasn’t aware of this requirement and didn’t recall being informed. She then pulled up a document I had signed and stated, in a condescending tone, that I had been informed and simply hadn’t read it. It’s possible I overlooked that information, as on the date of our arrival, we flew all night (a six-hour flight) from California and were extremely tired. However, I would have appreciated a little understanding and courtesy rather than being made to feel at fault. The rest of the staff, were very helpful & friendly."

"We had a lovely stay at el Dorado Seaside Palms, everyone was very pleasant and always eager to help make our stay great. We absolutely loved the Mexican independence night show it was great! Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation."
