Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive

"Si quieres conectar con la naturaleza este es el hotel ideal, tiene senderos por la selva para llegar a tu habitación donde encuentras animales silvestres por todos lados eso es un plus, tiene vestigios arqueológicos dentro de la propiedad, un buen tip de este hotel es que si quieres hacer los parques de Xcaret y xplor los tienes al lado de la propiedad no pierdes tiempo, xelha a media hora, su personal es muy amable siempre al pendiente de tu estadía, te hacen sentir en casa. Playa del Carmen lo tienes a 15 min en auto Chichén itzá a 2 hr en auto, realmente este hotel esta en una excelente ubicación, tiene playa privada libre de zargazo en temporada de zargazo, un punto no tan relevante pero si se tiene que comentar, la comida no es tan buena es aceptable, Otro punto es que las habitaciones huelen un poquito a humedad y son húmedas, no se si es por el ambiente marino, pero dentro de las habitaciones se me hace raro, si me pidieran del 1 al 10 calificación sin duda sería 8.5"

"Everything about this property was amazing! The unlimited food and drinks were great, our butlers in the family selection were awesome. The only downside( which was a big one) was the beach was unusable due to the amount of seaweed. The whole stretch of beach was closed off and stink from a ridiculous amount of sargasso. I really wanted a beach vacation, and sadly that didn’t happen."

"Great variety of food. Room was cleaned spotless every day.every staff member but 1 , was very nice and helpful.always smiling. Recommend premium upgrade package (free with expedia vip upgrade)-not always this benefit.(loved the free room service)"
