"This was our first-ever trip outside the USA and our first all-inclusive resort experience as a family, and overall, we had a wonderful time!Our family butler, Josue, was fantastic. He made all our dinner reservations from our pre-stay wish list and arranged my spa visit. He also went above and beyond to make our 5-year-old’s first trip to Mexico memorable by gifting him beach toys, a rash guard, water cup, backpack, hat, and the cutest “Family Boss” robe and slippers!The food was very good, with La Adelita being our favorite. The Mexican cuisine was incredible, and the view was beautiful!Carlos at the Family Selection pool was outstanding. He took great care of us every day, keeping our drinks full and making sure we always had snacks.We loved that only Family Selection guests could access that area, while still being able to enjoy the entire resort.A few things could be improved: our AC stopped working, resulting in a 3 a.m. room/building change. We also wish there had been clearer directions around the property, as a printed map may have been easier than the slow, less user-friendly resort app. More bottled water throughout the resort would also have been appreciated.Overall, we had a great trip and truly enjoyed Josue, Isaias (who helped while Josue was away), and Carlos at the pool! They helped make our stay special!"

"I loooovveeeeee it here everyone was so helpful. Customer service was amazing as soonest you walked in the staff greeted you with a smile. If you are looking for luxury and culture at the same time W resort is the place to stay. My room was clean private pool right outside my room with a lake view was breath taking. I’m definitely coming back ☀️"

"Located minutes from the beach. My room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. Great sheets and pillows. Air conditioning and fans. I didn’t try the restaurant but it looked good. The free coffee in the lobby was nice but one morning it was very weak. The steam iron was broken and the internet wasn’t great. The kitchen has limited supplies so bring any spices, cooking oil or paper towels you might need. The pool was nice and they have an amazing yoga instructor that teaches on the roof top. Beautiful plants everywhere. The staff were nice and helpful. I would stay again. If you’re interested in surfing lessons I highly recommend Mentally Surfing with Adrian."
