"The food was amazing, the room was big and clean. Everyone treated our kids very kindly and we loved being part of the family selection at the hotel, we got a lot of perks. Josue answered all our questions and helped us solve all the issues that happened such as my son getting sick."

"I loooovveeeeee it here everyone was so helpful. Customer service was amazing as soonest you walked in the staff greeted you with a smile. If you are looking for luxury and culture at the same time W resort is the place to stay. My room was clean private pool right outside my room with a lake view was breath taking. I’m definitely coming back ☀️"

"Nous retournons au Grand Royal Decameron pour le personnel qui est toujours fantastique et ce depuis des années. La nourriture etait bonne. Par contre l'entretien paysager laissait a désirer comparativement a d'habitude. Les haies n'étaient pas coupées etc..."
