"We got a suite which was well worth the price for the extra room. The cleaning staff was great. The vibe at the hotel was really good. The only negative is that the property is over an hour from Puerto Vallarta so any activities outside the hotel take a huge part of your day due to transportation."

"I love all the open areas to relax and see the sites. The amount of pools. The various room option. Food and bar options. Entertainment. Things that were difficult: navigating the property and sometimes encountering staff that only spoke Spanish (I’m not fluent), there was an obvious leak on the 4th floor of Secrets and mold smell, offer a map or tell guests about the Hyatt international app to try to help get around. Room service was great."

"We had an amazing time at Grand Palladium Punta de Mita for our very first family vacation. The resort was absolutely beautiful, incredibly clean, and very well maintained. The grounds were gorgeous, and we loved seeing the wildlife throughout the property, including iguanas, coatis, and even armadillos. The resort was also very kid-friendly, which made the experience even better for us. Our 2-year-old had such a great time, and seeing how much fun our little one had made the trip even more special. We especially want to thank Josue and Priscilla for their incredible hospitality. They were welcoming, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Anytime we needed anything, they were there to assist and made sure our family was well taken care of. They truly went above and beyond and made us feel like we didn’t have to worry about a thing. For our first family vacation, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We made so many wonderful memories and would absolutely return to Grand Palladium Punta de Mita!"

"Nous retournons au Grand Royal Decameron pour le personnel qui est toujours fantastique et ce depuis des années. La nourriture etait bonne. Par contre l'entretien paysager laissait a désirer comparativement a d'habitude. Les haies n'étaient pas coupées etc..."
