The only downside is the location. It is quite a walk across the bridge to the main part of the village. We therefore ended up driving over and and parking in the free parking area to go out to dinner each night."

"Lovely place, and very nice owners. Great rooms and beds. The pool was fun, and the hot tub very nice. And the breakfast was fantastic. The only thing to be aware of is that if you don't have a car it's hard to get to (taxis are hard to come by in Amboise), and a decent walk from downtown Amboise."

"Stayed with 2 kids in a heat wave, Erica did everything she could to make our stay comfortable and we had an AC unit in the room which was wonderful. The kids were able to stay on a sofa bed with us as their separate room was too hot. Wonderful town walkable. Parked just outside. Huge comfy bed. Huge bathroom. Spotless. Would definitely stay again."

"Perfect location in the heart of town. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed to feel at home. The stairs up to the second floor are a little steep but the bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We loved our stay."

"We have had such a wonderful stay in this cosy and well equipped cabin. Although it's small everything you could possibly need was there. It was super clean and comfortable and set in the most beautiful garden. The bathroom/shower were excellent and the bed felt very snug behind its curtains. The air-conditioning was also much appreciated. We were able to walk easily into Amboise in around 10 minutes. The vires for he deck is lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside in the peaceful setting of the garden We had an excellent welcome from the host and we will definitely make a return visit. Ther is lots to see, do an enjoy in the area. "
