"Overall, a very nice experience. The host/s were excellent communicators. The place and the view were a little nicer on VRBO than in person, but not really a big deal. Parking right in front of the room which was more like a motel than an apartment. I did not dig the rattan furniture or the bed but the outer sitting area was very nice… definitely the best part of the place… and the water pressure in the shower was AWESOME!! I think it should’ve been cheaper for an off season rental with a view of the causeway… Still, it was clean and conveniently located and I really did appreciate the Johnny on the spot communication from the host. I’d go back… especially for a lower price. Lol what can I say, I like a bargain."

"Beautiful and unique cottages overlooking the water as you enter Chincoteague. Gorgeous pool setting and the cottages are very well designed. Don’t miss a stay here any time of the year!"

"NO HOT WATER. We ran the shower and bathroom faucets for 10 minutes and the water never got hot. We inquired at the front desk. The manager said he would "fix it and don't worry". We had to run the water for 10-15 minute, and as a result, we would get about 5 minutes of lukewarm water, then it would turn ice cold again. Terrible experience. Nobody wants ice cold or lukewarm showers!!!!"

"The room was clean, the staff was wonderful, the breakfast was different only because they take your order from a preset list , which was more than OK and delivered to your room at your set time starting at 7am. Parking was good close to entry's. Horse coral near by .. yea."
