"NO HOT WATER. We ran the shower and bathroom faucets for 10 minutes and the water never got hot. We inquired at the front desk. The manager said he would "fix it and don't worry". We had to run the water for 10-15 minute, and as a result, we would get about 5 minutes of lukewarm water, then it would turn ice cold again. Terrible experience. Nobody wants ice cold or lukewarm showers!!!!"

"The room was clean, the staff was wonderful, the breakfast was different only because they take your order from a preset list , which was more than OK and delivered to your room at your set time starting at 7am. Parking was good close to entry's. Horse coral near by .. yea."

No grab bars, no rails up step to room. Says pet friendly but charges even for service dog. Staff not friendly. No marijuana allowed on premises even if you have medical card. "
