"This property is brand new. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of staff working. You can tell they have been properly trained! All employees were friendly, kind, helpful, and went above and beyond. The restaurant and bars are beautiful and welcoming. Pool area is calming and lovely. I believe we were the first people to use our room. Bed is heavenly!! "

Breakfast was delicious and inventive and the facilities were fabulous -- putting green, pickleball, pool -- all while in a quiet area of town. Staff was helpful and friendly, and the rooms were thoughtfully appointed, avoiding microplastics in cups and bottles. About a 20 minute walk to shops and restaurants."
"Hotel Madrona is truly one of a kind. Every corner of this hotel showcases a fabulous and unique design. The garden is absolutely divine, especially with the beautiful music playing in the background—it creates a magical atmosphere. While the food at the restaurant could use some improvement, the overall experience more than makes up for it. I will definitely be returning to stay at this stunning hotel again."

Every member of the hotel staff from the front desk to the bartender and wait staff we’re all so friendly and helpful. The pool area was beautiful and also had friendly and attentive waitstaff. "Very clean room, well stocked with coffee/ice/towels, etc. No smoke smell in room at all. Nice wooded, peaceful area. Excellent communication from management regarding property and room access. Nice restaurant nearby. Pool was small and covered in leaves, so not really usable. Really nice room decor. Comfortable bed. Again, very clean! "
"Healdsburg Inn in a beautiful place to stay. The staff was so helpful and wonderful to talk to about the city. We have stayed there a few times and will be back. Being right on the plaza make it very easy to check everything out and stagger back after some wine tasting."
