"There was hair in the tub on the toilet and on the floor. There was trash found in the room along the beds. The condition of the room wasn't very good wbbly tables and chunks missing out of things. We were disappointed in breakfast the sausage gravy was barely Luke warm the eggs were cold the juice machine was broken and try heybhad fake orange juice in there (sunny d). We've stayed here many times and this was just straight up disappointing! We may have to look elsewhere next time which will be next month...."

"Great room but I cleaned the tubs extra because the floors were kinda dirty but everything was in working order. I enjoyed the tub. I just feel like they do minimal cleaning!! Staff was helpful! Breakfast you couldn't take to your room. Parking was plentiful!! All in all great room as long as your willing to clean and sanitize on your own."

"Check in was a challenge but I think that is the IHG software which seems to be confusing for staff at all their properties, IHG is following a venture capital model and all their properties are going downhill noticeably lately. Highlight was breakfast, Tiffany ran a lovely breakfast that was like being in a home, she was quick taking care of a ton of teenage boys eating a lot of food and taking great care of everyone; someone give her a restaurant to run!"

"In 208 and on one side had couple arguing loudly after midnight then couple having sex loudly above us till 1:30am. Walls seemed thin. Breakfast was great. Room was a suite and great if needed to cook."
