"The staff was just amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was the best part of it all but actually, I just really enjoyed staying here me and my family. We plan on coming back again."

"I booked 3 rooms for my family of 12 to sleep a few hours before our drive home. I decided on this hotel because of the price, the free 24 hour airport shuttle and it is only 10 minutes from the airport. We landed at JFK at midnight and they only had one shuttle driver working so it took more than one trip to transport my whole family. When the first of us got to the hotel, the lobby was packed and there was a long check in line with only one person working the desk, it took 40 minutes from arrival to check-in and to get into our room. The rooms were clean and beds weren’t too bad. There was a small area in a top corner where the wallpaper was significantly peeling off and I could hear every voice in the hall and nearby flushing toilet. All that being said, all the employees were very nice in an overwhelming, exhausting situation and the clean rooms served their purpose before the final stretch of our vacation."

"The house is even better than expected. The pictures don't even do it justice. It is more spacious and was very clean. All the basic appliances needed are there, even an air fryer. There was even water in the fridge for us. I would definitely book again! "

"The room is perfect for a weekend getaway for couples. It is exactly like the description - "cozy". It was ideal for what I needed, close to JFK and parking. This neighborhood surprised me. It's super quiet, away from the busy city life of NYC. Who knew?! I love it! I would definitely stay again. "

"I didn’t end up staying here because the host canceled just a few hours before check-in. This happen after I reached out to ask for check-in details. I was traveling into town for the weekend, and this happened on a holiday weekend, which made it especially difficult to find alternative accommodations on short notice. The host mentioned a leak was discovered, but it’s concerning that this wasn’t identified until two hours before check-in. No alternative solutions or assistance were offered, which made the situation even more stressful. Awful communication "
