"Room was clean Shower water was not hot, sink took forever to drain and temperature control of room was difficult Could not check in when we arrived because of some computer glitch. Had to edit an additional 30 minutes That would not be so bad if we could have checked in early but you had to pay an additional fee $50.00 to check in early do we waited until after dinner. Keep in mind we already prepaid for the room in advance.."

"Dirty walls in bathroom. The view outside was the dumpsters and the back of the next building. Not a quiet stay. Traffic outside was very loud."

I was traveling into town for the weekend, and this happened on a holiday weekend, which made it especially difficult to find alternative accommodations on short notice. The host mentioned a leak was discovered, but it’s concerning that this wasn’t identified until two hours before check-in. No alternative solutions or assistance were offered, which made the situation even more stressful. Awful communication "
