Nautical, romantic suite w/deck overlooking Warwick Neck Cove, pet-friendly!

"My adult daughter and Istayed 3 nights to attend a bridal shower nearby. The single room located on the second story of the home is at the end of a dead end street in a shady and quiet area. The room is accessed by an outside stairway leading up to an uncovered deck through a sliding glass door into the room. There was no futon!! as advertised! but it did have the queen bed and we managed. The bathroom had a tub with shower. There was a small round table with two chairs for any eats and 2 other chairs. The room is really perfect for a single, a couple….or a Mom and adult daughter! There is also an excellent small, 5 or 6 tables, coffee shop nearby selling sandwiches and pastries! Perfect to bring back and enjoy on the deck or in the room. Napkins and some disposable utensils, paper plates in the room.The room could use a little TLC, here and there, but on the whole was fine for what we needed. I will be back!"

Bed layout could be a mobility challenge. (Check pics). Fine for us. Quiet and comfy. There during a noreaster. No problem."

"Wonderful home and location for our large group for a family wedding! Home has everything you need, with several living areas, open concept and a lovely back yard deck. Property is in a nice quiet neighborhood on the bike path! Water is a very quick walk at the end of the street. Minutes from downtown and local attractions. Deb was a pleasure to communicate with and very accommodating!"

"This was a great place to stay for a week in RI. Very clean with great amenities, The kitchen is nicely stocked with anything you could need to cook. Even before arriving, the communication with the host was exceptional. I had to make a change to the reservation duration after booking and Renato was understanding and helpful. In addition to spending time with us to show us how to work the TV and explain the amenities, he checked in with us two or three times over the course of the week to be sure we had what we needed. 2 caveats - It is a basement apartment which is not evident from the photos. It's a short staircase but could be difficult to navigate for some.The apartment has been recently renovated and is nicely done but there are beams and other areas where the ceiling was low for my 6'5'' husband.Overall, a very pleasant experience."
