"Had a lovely night at this hotel and conference centre. The bars and restaurants inside are lovely. The rooms were clean and basic but ok. I marked it down a star as the mattress was poor and made my back hurt."

"The staff are very attentive and helpful. We stayed in a standard room which was a good size and the bed was the same. It wasn't spotless but clean enough. The breakfast had a good choice of cereal and a hot buffet. We had dinner also, the food was very filling and tasty."

"Lovely little cottage with two bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms. Lovely and clean place with some nice classy touches.Well equipped kitchen and there is a supermarket less than five mins away.The convenience of being right next to the train station is great, as long as you don’t mind the trains passing, as it can on occasions be quite noisy.Being a cottage it has some ceilings, mainly leading to the kitchen, (the bedrooms are fine) which didn’t bother us being 5ft 5 inches, and there is plenty of signage to stop taller folk banging their heads."
